This new feature was launched on April 1, 2023, and is expected to provide more convenience and ease for the company’s vecinos.

The real estate developer listed the following guidelines:

1. The new feature covers receipts issued on or after April 1, 2023.

2. Receipts issued between November 1, 2021 and March 31, 2023, will be viewable on the app in the coming weeks.

3. Payments will be posted after 3 to 5 days. Aboitiz Land receipts will be viewable in the Vecino App the day after the payment is posted.

4. Access the feature through the web app (ie. Google Chrome, Safari) using the link: https://vecino.aboitizland.com/login. Login through the site using the same username and password as the Vecino Portal. Meanwhile, access through mobile app will be available in Q4 2023.

The feature will allow customers to have access to their receipts for their property purchases. By providing easy access to receipts, vecinos can now check their payments and ensure that everything is properly recorded in the company’s system.
