A fully-integrated township, the industrial, commercial, and residential components of LIMA Estate are further complemented by LIMA Exchange.

Tucked within the Lima Commercial Estate just across The Outlets at Lipa, the 2.6-hectare development is slated to become a point of convergence in Batangas. It will feature establishments expected to generate regular footfall within the complex.

The aim is to address the everyday needs of the locale while strengthening the value proposition of the estate. With this in mind, AboitizLand partners with one of the country’s retail giants to make this happen.

Just before the year ends, LIMA Exchange launched Robinsons Supermarket. Opening its doors to the community, it upgrades the neighborhood lifestyle by providing the convenience of grocery shopping within a safe, secure, and master-planned community where several points of interest are made accessible.

With a 7,000 – square meter gross leasable area, it primes future development within the estate. A transport terminal is also launched its operations together with the opening of the supermarket while other merchants including pharmacies and fast food joints are expected to open by Q1 of 2020.

Dubbed as the New Industry City, LIMA Estate by AboitizLand is composed of LIMA Exchange, LIMA Technology Center, The Outlets at Lipa, as well as The Villages at Lipa. AboitizLand expects business process outsourcing (BPO) firms, dormitories, schools, hospitals, and churches to be added in the township. LIMA Estate is strategically located at Lipa-Malvar, Batangas.

AboitizLand is the real estate arm of Aboitiz Equity Ventures — one of the best-managed companies in the Philippines founded in 1920 engaged in power distribution, infrastructure, banking, food production, shipbuilding, construction, and land development.

For over 25 years, AboitizLand continues to create better ways to live through innovative concepts translated to thriving residential, commercial, and industrial communities.
