Food and other essentials will also be distributed to checkpoint stations in Lipa and Malvar, while additional medical supplies will be delivered to hospitals around the LIMA Estate, as a joint initiative of Lima Land, Lima Enerzone, and Lima Water — further strengthening the group’s efforts as One Aboitiz.
Relief operations are also set to be rolled-out in Cebu specifically in Balamban, Lapu-Lapu City, Mandaue, and Cebu City as the enhanced community quarantine is imposed in the province of Cebu. To date, 2,000 masks were donated to the Municipality of Liloan while snacks and drinks were provided to frontliners in Barangay Tamiao and Barangay Cabadiangan in Compostela.
Despite the limitations on supply and logistics, AboitizLand has made it possible to reach out to those most vulnerable in this unprecedented time — including people who are not able to work and who need aid and support. Plans to deliver goods to underserved locations are already in place.
