AboitizLand Inc. expects to exceed by 10 percent its target sales for the year, closing 2021 at a record P4.2 billion, according to David Rafael, President and Chief Executive Officer.
In a briefing last week, Rafael also expressed optimism about 2022 prospects as three of the company’s residential projects will be launching new phases, Foressa and Amoa in Cebu as well as The Villages at Lipa in Batangas.
“AboitizLand’s sales continues to perform strongly with our 2021 target in reservations already achieved as of the third quarter.,” Rafael said.
The company generated sales of P3.7 billion as of the third quarter, an 89 percent increase versus the previous year resulting from improved sales operations accrued across the different projects and continued efforts in building up sales momentum.
