In 1920, Aboitiz and Company officially became a corporation. With a hundred years of success, it continues to strengthen its name and reputation through businesses that contribute to nation building: power distribution, infrastructure, banking, food production, shipbuilding, construction, and land development.

As the Real Estate Arm of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, we were launched as ACOLand in 1992 and later became AboitizLand in 2001.

Driven by a culture grounded on integrity, quality, trust, and fairness, we continue to deliver innovative concepts translated to thriving residential, commercial, and industrial communities.

Our History

1994

ACOLand was launched as the real estate arm of the Aboitiz Group. In the same year, it introduced North Town Homes -- its first residential development located in Cabancalan, Mandaue City.

2001

With its continued growth, ACOLand rebranded as AboitizLand. Following this milestone, Mahogany Grove and Molave Highlands were launched.

2003

To further reach a wider market, an affordable master planned community was offered: Briza.

2003

This was followed by another well-curated and integrated community -- Pristina North.

2006

Offering panoramic views of the city and the sea, in 2006, Kishanta was launched.

2008

Stepping up its game in the residential category, AboitizLand ventured in The Persimmon, its first vertical village.

2009

The Persimmon Plus, the integrated commercial enclave of the vertical development followed in 2009. A few months after, another property was launched -- Ajoya, the first modern Filipino community in Cordova, Mactan.

2010

Pristina North Residences, a 50-unit house and lot enclave of Pristina North was launched.

2012

Offering wide-open spaces on a natural valley terrain, Priveya Hills, a 59-hectare prime and private community was introduced.

2013

AboitizLand acquired industrial park developer LiMA Land, marking the first foray in the Luzon market.

2013

Almiya, a five hectare modern Asian-inspired community located in Canduman, Mandaue City was launched.

2013

The Outlets at Pueblo Verde, the first in outlet retail shopping in the VisMin region, offering top brands at great discounts opened.

2014

LiMALand, a 485-hectare industrial park in Malvar, Batangas, signifying AboitizLand's entry into the national real estate scene.

2016

AboitizLand launched Seafront Residences in San Juan Batangas and held groundbreaking ceremony for The Outlets at Lipa.

2017

Foressa, a mountain town community with nature as the best amenity was launched.

2018

Fulfilling the promise to go national, AboitizLand launched mid-market properties in Central Luzon -- Ajoya Cabanatuan and Capas.

2018

Bringing the exciting outlet shopping experience to Luzon, The Outlets at Lipa was launched and opened to the public.
