Aboitiz Group sets up a 60% share of Cebu Industrial Park Developers, Inc. (CIPDI)

Cebu Industrial Park Developers, Inc. (CIPDI), a joint venture between the Aboitiz Group through AcoLand and the Tsuneishi Group of Japan, began operations. Its initial project was the 202-hectare West Cebu Industrial Park, (WCIP) in Balamban, Cebu.

Aboitiz consolidated its land and real estate assets under ACOLAND. The company was launched as ACOLand, a division of Metaphil, Inc. -- the construction arm of the Aboitiz Group and one of the largest industrial contractors in the country.

ACOLand reintroduced itself as AboitizLand; strengthening Cebu’s major role in the export market with the development of WCIP and MEZII

With its continued growth, ACOLand rebranded as AboitizLand. Following this milestone, Mahogany Grove and Molave Highlands were launched.

To further reach a wider market, an affordable master planned community was offered: Briza. This was followed by another well-curated and integrated community -- Pristina North.

Offering panoramic views of the city and the sea, in 2006, Kishanta was launched.

AboitizLand reintroduced itself with a refreshed brand identity

Stepping up its game in the residential category, AboitizLand ventured in The Persimmon, its first vertical village.

Aboitiz Sports Field, a FIFA-compliant football field, the only one of its kind in Cebu

The Persimmon Plus, the integrated commercial enclave of the vertical development followed in 2009. A few months after, another property was launched -- Ajoya, the first modern Filipino community in Cordova, Mactan.

Pristina North Residences, a 50-unit house and lot enclave of Pristina North was launched.

Aboitiz Equity Ventures acquired AboitizLand to help in its aspiration to be a national player.

Offering wide-open spaces on a natural valley terrain, Priveya Hills, a 59-hectare prime and private community was introduced.

AboitizLand acquired industrial park developer LIMA Land

Almiya, a five hectare modern Asian-inspired community located in Canduman, Mandaue City was launched.

The Outlets at Pueblo Verde, the first in outlet retail shopping in the VisMin region, offering top brands at great discounts opened.
