Site development is at 54%, with Phase 1 (64 hectares) set to be completed by November 2021.

HOUSE CONSTRUCTION

House construction began with 20 units in January. Construction of the model units is also in full swing, targeted to be completed by Q4 this year.

Main amenities are targeted to be completed by Q1 2022.

VECINO TURNOVER

Turnover of lots are set to begin in Q1 2022, while houses are scheduled for Q2 2022.

VALUE APPRECIATION
