POST-TYPHOON ODETTE RECOVERY EFFORTS

We are committed to ensuring that Amoa vecinos and your properties are being well-taken cared of especially during these trying times.

Below are the site updates after Typhoon Odette hit the community, along with the rest of Visayas and Mindanao, last December:

Water supply has been fully restored as of Week 1 of January while power was partially restored with the clubhouse using temporary power from the pump room

Clearing of fallen and damaged signages in the main road, basketball court, and swimming pool has been completed and is scheduled for replacement by Week 3 of February

Ongoing repair request for the damaged roofing of the clubhouse; set to be completed by Week 2 of February

Ongoing repair request for the damaged ceiling in the female’s restroom at the clubhouse; set to be completed by Week 2 of February

TURNOVERS

Our Amoa community is continuously growing as we have already turned over 189 house units and 41 lots to our vecinos.

HOUSE CONSTRUCTION

Our Construction Team has completed 484 house units while 248 more units are under construction.

VALUE APPRECIATION

We would like to congratulate you for making an investment in Amoa as its residential lots are enjoying 220% value appreciation. Priced at Php 5,000 per sqm during its launch year in 2015, a residential lot in this community is now at Php 16,000 per sqm.
