SITE DEVELOPMENT

Site development for the Light Phase 1A is now complete with its main guardhouse fully constructed.

AMENITIES

Construction for the Foressa Lodge will begin in June 2021.

VECINO TURNOVER

Lot turnovers are rescheduled to begin in Q4 this year to allow the completion of necessary documents that were affected by the community quarantines imposed to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Our Customer Service Management Team will be getting in touch with you soon for scheduling matters.

VALUE APPRECIATION

A Foressa lot now starts at Php12,360 per sqm compared to when it was launched in 2017 at Php9,520 per sqm.
