The newest phase, Light B, with over 100 residential lots, is set to be launch in Q1 2022.

CONSTRUCTION

The construction of Foressa Lodge, the community’s main pavilion, is currently at 23.11% and is expected to be completed by Q2 2022.

VALUE APPRECIATION

Foressa Mountain Town vecinos would be happy to know that residential lots are enjoying positive growth with 33.72% in value appreciation. It is now priced at Php 11,500 per sqm compared to its launch rate of Php 8,600 in 2017.
