Mactan Economic Zone II (MEZ II) is a 63-hectare PEZA-registered economic zone with 14,000 employees. 

It is a mixed-use development hosting 49 locators, 70 retail stores, services and restaurants, 18 office spaces, and a transportation hub.

It offers future development areas for BPOs, dormitories, and hotel buildings. 

MEZ II is developed and operated by AboitizLand, Inc. in partnership with the Mactan Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA).

MEZ II’s strategic proximity to Mactan Cebu International Airport offers a host of benefits to its locators, such as convenience and global connectivity.

It is also only 18 minutes (8km) to the Cebu International Port and 30 minutes to Mactan-Ferry Terminal, making it an ideal manufacturing hub for local and foreign businesses.

• Mactan Enerzone currently has a total electricity demand of 22 MW and a transformational capacity of 58 MVA power substation with a 13.8 kV distribution line.

• It provides expertise in energy solutions that contribute to the overall efficiency and promote innovative practices within customer facilities. Certified technical engineers are available to conduct services such as energy audit, power quality analysis, and thermal scanning.
• AboitizPower offers customized solutions to address energy-related concerns. Through this innovation, customers are offered zero cash-out proposition to add, upgrade, or replace aging equipment such as HVAC systems, UPS, and Battery Energy Storage.

Aboitiz Infracapital-Water

• MEZ II provides a high quality of potable water that meets the Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water (PNSDW)  through its reliable supply system.
• It produces 3,000 cubic meters of potable water and 900 cubic meters on non-potable water per day, distributing to 49 industrial and 78 commercial locators.
• MEZ II centralized wastewater treatment facility (MBBR Aeration Process) has a treatment capacity of 1,500 cubic meters per day.
