AboitizLand quickly responded to the communities affected by the crisis. In partnership with the other business units, as One Aboitiz, 2,000 pieces of N95 masks were immediately distributed to displaced families.
As LIMA Land spearheaded the efforts, priority was also given to its employees. One initiative that significantly made an impact is the Adopt-a-Colleague program. Amidst the instability caused by the calamity, team members extended help and assistance to fellow employees. Temporary shelters were offered to those who needed to evacuate their homes. In addition, basic needs and a week’s worth of free meals were also given to the victims of the natural disaster.
