TURNOVERS ARE FULLY UNDERWAY

Seafront Residences has turned over 94 houses and lots and 37 lot only properties. A new building of Seafront Villas was opened last March 2022.

With 165 houses completed, the construction of 132 other house units and 5 villas building are in full swing. With the onset of precast installation, vecinos can now expect a sturdier home and experience life the sea sooner.

ONGOING HOUSE CONSTRUCTION

All units purchased in 2022 will now be built using Connovate’s precast concrete panel technology, except for houses that are currently ready for occupancy. These concrete panels are stronger and more resilient against typhoons, earthquakes and fires, and are also resistant to disease causing molds.

AMENITIES ARE OPERATIONAL

The clubhouse, pool, boardwalk and other amenities are operational already. Meanwhile,  Seafront Crest’s landscaping as well as the lagoon and jogging path were scheduled to begin this year.v

VALUE APPRECIATION AT SEAFRONT IS ENJOYING AN UPWARD TREND

Currently priced at Php 34,000 per sqm, lot investments in Phase 1 and 3 are now enjoying a 295% and 179% increase in value from its launch, respectively.

Crest lot value appreciation is now at 58% increase.
