HOUSE CONSTRUCTION IS ONGOING
House 100 units purchased in 2022 will be built using Connovate’s precast concrete panel technology, except for houses that are currently ready for occupancy. These concrete panels are stronger and more resilient against typhoons, earthquakes and fires, and are also resistant to disease causing molds.
With 195 houses completed, 6 villa buildings and the construction of 173 other house units is in full swing. With the onset of precast installation, vecinos can now expect a sturdier home and experience life by the sea sooner.

The clubhouse, pool, boardwalk and other amenities are operational already. Meanwhile, landscaping at Seafront Crest and the running path at the lagoon will commence within the year.
