AboitizLand’s premier seaside community continues to welcome residents as the ongoing global situation has now made it possible to work-from-paradise.
The property’s main signage is now installed while a few finishing touches for highway improvements are being worked on.
Site development for Seafront Crest (Phase 2) is at 93% completion as of December 2020, with a target date of completion by Q2 this year.
Seafront Residences is already home to 91 completed units. Construction of Seafront Crest units are scheduled to begin within Q1 of this year.
Due to the quick succession of severe tropical storms from late October to mid November 2020 (Quinta, Rolly, Ulysses), the Beach Clubhouse ceiling sustained damage, but the facility remains operational. While repair works are underway, other amenities such as the Clubhouse Pool and Boardwalk are available for Vecinos’ use, and health and safety guidelines are implemented.
To date, a total of 62 house and lot units have been accepted with 41 units turned over.
Lot turnovers have already begun with 4 lots since the start of February 2021.
