Construction is making steady headway.

245 house and lot units have been completed while 205 houses are under construction.

7 villas have been completed while 1 villa is ongoing construction.

Site Development is 100% complete.

Amenities

The beach clubhouse, pool, boardwalk, jogging path at the lagoon, and other amenities, such as bike rentals, are operational.

The construction of the Crest Clubhouse is targeted to be completed by December 2024.

Turnover

178 houses and lots as well as 113 residential lots have been turned over.

12 villa units have been turned over.

Value Appreciation

Currently priced at Php 41,400 per sqm, investments at Seafront now enjoy up to 381% increase in value since its launch in 2017.
