SITE DEVELOPMENT

Site development both for the Sierra and Brook Villages are at 28% and 30% completion respectively.

HOUSE CONSTRUCTION

Excavations for house construction in both villages began in Q1.

Vecinos can now also expect model units to be available for viewing by July this year.

VALUE APPRECIATION

Investments in The Villages at Lipa are looking positive. Since its launch in 2019, Sierra lot prices have increased from Php11,800 per square to Php18,000.
