The Villages at Lipa Construction Updates Q1 2022

Constructions are in full swing

96 houses in Brook and 55 houses in Sierra are currently under construction. Turnovers to the vecinos are expected to begin Q3 2022.

Site Development

Brook is at 69.2% completed, while Sierra is at 72.4% completed.

The spine road in Malvar Exit still has 75 meters to go before completion.

Guardhouses

The main guardhouses of Lipa and Malvar entrances are complete already. Meanwhile, the in-village guardhouses for Brook and Sierra are under construction and set to be completed by Q3 2022

Value Appreciation

Lot value in our launched villages, Brook and Sierra, enjoy positive returns at 101% and 83% value appreciation respectively since they were launched in 2019.
