96 houses in Brook and 55 houses in Sierra are currently under construction. Turnovers to the vecinos are expected to begin Q3 2022.
Brook is at 69.2% completed, while Sierra is at 72.4% completed.
The spine road in Malvar Exit still has 75 meters to go before completion.
The main guardhouses of Lipa and Malvar entrances are complete already. Meanwhile, the in-village guardhouses for Brook and Sierra are under construction and set to be completed by Q3 2022
