Construction is in full swing

Brook Village currently has 454 houses under construction and 80 completed houses.

Meanwhile, Sierra Village has 367 houses under construction and 37 completed houses.

Site Development

Site development of Brook Village is at 98.31% completion, Sierra Village is at 97.22% completion, while Meadow Village is at 24.47% completion.

Amenities

Main Guardhouses at Lipa and Malvar have been completed.

Clubhouse construction to commence by Q3 2023.

Turnover

House acceptance and lot only turnovers are ongoing.

Value Appreciation

Lot value in our launched villages, Brook and Sierra, enjoy positive returns at 118% and 90% value appreciation respectively since they were launched in 2019.

Sales

New units have been released for SA150 in Sierra Village and SA80, SA65, and the last 8 residential lots in Brook Village.
