Construction is in full swing

Brook Village currently has 480 houses under construction and 83 completed houses.

Meanwhile, Sierra Village has 355 houses under construction and 37 completed houses.

Site Development

Site development of Brook Village is at 98.31% completion, Sierra Village is at 97.22% completion, while Meadow Village is at 27.93% completion.

Amenities

Main Guardhouses at Lipa and Malvar have been completed as well as in-village guardhouses.

Clubhouse construction to commence by Q3 2023.

Turnover

House acceptance and lot only turnovers are ongoing.

Value Appreciation

Lot value in our launched villages, Brook and Sierra, enjoy positive returns at 118% and 90% value appreciation respectively since they were launched in 2019.

Sales

A new phase has recently opened in Meadow, with remaining lots in Sierra and Brook that have been released.
