Site development for Sierra Village is at 24% completion, while Brook Village is at 25%. The spine road from the Entrance Landing along JP Laurel Highway is set to be accessible within the first quarter of this year.

House construction is scheduled to begin this first quarter. All five model units in the Model Village are also starting its interior design phase with a target completion date of April 2021.

The main entrance landing, with the main signage, guardhouse, and landscaping work, is nearing its completion.

The Outlets at Lipa and LIMA Exchange now house a total of 78 brands, all open daily for your shopping, dining, and business experience from 10AM to 9PM.
