Creating a ticket – This option allows customers to submit a service ticket at any time from any device with web access.
Ticket History – Track your ticket’s progress and view a record of all tickets.
Knowledge Base – Here you can find answers to frequently asked questions. This is especially useful if you want quick, readily available answers without having to communicate with a customer relations advisor.
