West Cebu Industrial Park (WCIP) is a 540-hectare mixed-use development in Balamban, Cebu. 

It is anchored by a 283-hectare, Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) registered zone tagged as the Shipbuilding Capital of the Philippines. 

Hosting 11 locators from medium to heavy industries, employing 14,000 skilled workers, the township has complementary residential, commercial, and institutional components.

WCIP offers future development areas for commercial centers, dormitories, and residential communities.

Incorporated in 1992, WCIP is operated and developed by Cebu Industrial Park Developers, Inc. (CIPDI), a joint venture project of AboitizLand and Tsuneishi Holdings of Japan.

WCIP is located at the west side of Cebu, Philippines, along the Toledo-Balamban-Asturias corridor. Known to be a major industrial belt, it offers various access points from Cebu City. 

It is accessible via the Transcentral Highway and South Coastal Road via Manipis road or Naga City for heavy trucking transport. It has a private shipping port for common logistics support and 4 helipads for VIP air transport.

Balamban Enerzone

• The EnerZone Group (EnerZones) is comprised of five privately-owned electric distribution utilities in the freeport and economic zones; namely LIMA Technology Center, Mactan Economic Zone II, West Cebu Industrial Park, Light Industry & Science Park IV, and Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
• Balamban Enerzone operates the distribution system in West Cebu Industrial Park. WCIP currently has a total electricity demand of 27 MW and a transformational capacity of 58 MVA power substation with a 13.8 kV distribution line.

• AboitizPower is a major player in the retail electricity market with more than 300 customers from various industries. It offers retail energy products and value-added services that are tailored to address customers’ specific needs.  
• It provides expertise in energy solutions that contribute to the overall efficiency and promote innovative practices within customer facilities. Certified technical engineers are available to conduct services such as energy audit, power quality analysis, and thermal scanning.
• AboitizPower offers customized solutions to address energy-related concerns. Through this innovation, customers are offered zero cash-out proposition to add, upgrade, or replace aging equipment such as HVAC systems, UPS, and Battery Energy Storage.

Aboitiz Infracapital-Water

• WCIP provides a high quality of potable water that meets the Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water (PNSDW) through its reliable supply system. It produces 2,500 cubic meters of potable water per day, distributing to 11 industrial and 8 commercial locators.
• Its wastewater treatment plant (Sludge Aeration Process) has a treatment capacity of 400 cubic meters per day of domestic wastewater.
