LIMA EnerZone

• The EnerZone Group (EnerZones) is comprised of five privately-owned electric distribution utilities in the freeport and economic zones, namely LIMA Technology Center, Mactan Economic Zone II, West Cebu Industrial Park, Light Industry & Science Park IV, and Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
• LIMA EnerZone currently has a total electricity demand of 41 MW and a transformational capacity of 150 MVA power substation with a 34.5 kV distribution line.
• A second 69 kV sub-transmission line is expected to be completed by Q4 2020 – this will serve as a redundant line for LIMA Technology Center, ensuring the reliability of power supply.

AboitizPower Retail Electricity Services 

• AboitizPower is a major player in the retail electricity market with more than 300 customers from various industries. It offers retail energy products and value-added services that are tailored to address customers’ specific needs.
• It provides expertise in energy solutions that contribute to the overall efficiency and promote innovative practices within customer facilities. Certified technical engineers are available to conduct services such as energy audit, power quality analysis, and thermal scanning.
• AboitizPower offers customized solutions to address energy-related concerns. Through this innovation, customers are offered zero cash-out proposition to add, upgrade, or replace aging equipment such as HVAC systems, UPS, and Battery Energy Storage.

LIMA Water Corporation

• LIMA Water Corporation produces an average of 7.5 million liters of water per day ~ 2.76 billion liters per year, supplying for 117 customers within the park.
• It provides clean (Class AA) water source through its deep well supply system that produces 10,500 cubic meters of potable water per day at full capacity.
• It has an Environment Compliant Water Treatment with Oxidation-type and sequencing batch reactor (SBR) facilities that can process 26,000 cubic meters of wastewater per day.
• LIMA Technology Center is the only industrial park that operates its own DENR-accredited laboratory for rigid water and wastewater quality monitoring.
