TURNOVERS EXPECTED TO START IN Q3 2022.

HOUSE CONSTRUCTION IN FULL SWING.

There are currently 213 houses under construction and 18 completed houses in Brook Village. In Sierra Village, there are 9 completed houses and 72 houses currently under construction.

SITE DEVELOPMENT

Site development of Brook Village is at 80.32% completion, while Sierra Village is at 81.55% completion.

The spine road in Malvar Exit still has 75 meters to go before completion.

GUARDHOUSES

Lipa and Malvar’s primary guardhouses are now operational. Meanwhile, the in-village guardhouses for Brook and Sierra are under construction and set to be completed by Q3 2022.

VALUE APPRECIATION

Lot value in our launched villages, Brook and Sierra, enjoy positive returns at 101% and 83% value appreciation respectively since they were launched in 2019.
