Construction is in full swing.

Brook Village currently has 439 houses under construction and 139 completed houses.

Meanwhile, Sierra Village has 337 houses under construction and 56 completed houses.

Site Development

Site development of Meadow Village is at 66% completion, Sierra Village is at 98% completion, while Brook Village is at 99% completion.

Amenities

The construction of Sierra and Brook Clubhouse is ongoing, with a target completion set for Q3 2024.

Construction is in progress for the Meadow Village Viewdeck.

Turnover

Sierra Village had 4 lots turned over, while Brook Village had 2 houses and lots turned over, along with 1 lot turned over.

Value Appreciation

Lot value in our launched villages, Brook and Sierra, enjoy positive returns at 118% and 90% value appreciation respectively since they were launched in 2019.
