All 67 houses in Phase 2 are 100% constructed, with 15 units already turned over to vecinos.

LANDSCAPING AND AMENITIES

The amenities in PNR Main continue to be available for vecinos’ use. Additional landscaping works in Phase 2 are also set to finish this month.

VALUE APPRECIATION
